Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Perfero Technologies( “Perfero Technologies”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit perfero.org, use our services, or interact with any of the brands we operate. It is intended to align with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, and with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) as its provisions come into force.
1. Who we are
Perfero Technologiesis the single legal entity (the “Data Fiduciary”) that operates the brands shown on this site. Our registered office is at Gurugram, Haryana, 122009, India. For any privacy matter you can reach us at privacy@perfero.org.
2. The personal data we collect
We collect only what we need, and only for the purposes described below:
- Information you give us — such as your name, email address and the contents of any message when you contact us, join a waitlist, or enquire about our services.
- Information collected automatically — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage data, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Information from our products — where a specific brand or app collects additional data, that product will present its own notice describing what it collects and why.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you have consented to it.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request;
- To operate, maintain, secure and improve our website and products;
- To send you information you have asked for, such as updates or waitlist news;
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect our legal rights.
Where the DPDP Act applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for other legitimate uses permitted by law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see section 7).
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers (Data Processors) who help us run our business — for example hosting, email, and analytics providers — under appropriate contractual safeguards;
- Authorities where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Because our brands are operated by the single entity Perfero Technologies, data may be handled across those brands by the same team, always subject to this policy.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is protected in line with applicable law.
6. Retention & security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of your personal data;
- withdraw consent you previously gave;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (as provided under the DPDP Act);
- register a grievance with us and, where available, with the Data Protection Board of India.
To exercise any of these, contact our Grievance Officer (section 9). We aim to respond within the timelines required by law.
8. Children
Our website is not directed at children. Where the DPDP Act requires it, we will obtain verifiable parental consent before processing the personal data of a child, and we will not process such data in a way likely to cause harm.
9. Grievance Officer & Data Protection contact
In accordance with the IT Act, the SPDI Rules and the DPDP Act, you may contact our designated officer with any question, request or complaint about your personal data:
- Name: Himanshu
- Designation: Grievance Officer & Data Protection point of contact
- Email: grievance@perfero.org
- Address: Gurugram, Haryana, 122009, India
10. Changes to this policy
